Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Requirements Fully remote position: at least 6 months of in‑office State Farm agency experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. People‑oriented. Proactive in problem solving. Experience with various computer applications, particularly Windows. Ability to multi‑task. Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain in GA). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain in GA).
