Role description Location:Frisco, TX (5 Days Onsite) Interview Mode : In-Person Job Summary Seeking an IT professional skilled in Jira Service Desk Service Desk operations and Windows Server management to support and enhance IT service delivery Job Description Manage and support Jira Service Desk to streamline IT service requests and incident management Provide efficient Service Desk support to address user issues and ensure timely resolution Administer and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and security Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve IT service processes and workflows Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to service desk tools and Windows Server Document procedures incidents and resolutions to maintain knowledge base and support continuous improvement Assist in the implementation of IT policies and best practices to enhance service quality and compliance Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Jira Service Desk platform for ticketing and service management
- Respond promptly to service desk requests incidents and service disruptions
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on Windows Server infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues related to service desk operations
- Maintain accurate records of service desk activities and system configurations
- Provide user training and support to improve adoption of IT service tools
- Participate in IT projects related to service desk enhancements and server upgrades
