Overview
Registered Nurse, ER in Watertown, NY. Travel - temporary assignment starting 10/01/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,397 to $2,533 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Placement is in an emergency department setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ER, including assessment, triage, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of acuity.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, perform blood draws, and support procedures per hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; may assume responsibilities as charge nurse when assigned.
- Recognize and intervene in life-threatening situations; initiate ACLS protocols as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the MEDITECH EMR; ensure patient safety, infection control, and safe patient handling using lifts when required.
- Prioritize tasks, demonstrate leadership, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Requirements
- Active NYS Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- MEDITECH EMR experience required
- Travel nursing experience required
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Must complete required orientation certifications (defibrillation within six months; lethal dysrhythmia exam during probation; IV, medication, and phlebotomy certification)
