Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches , overseeing from intake to successful placement.
• Serve as a Client Partner, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and culture.
• Strategically Source Talent utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own network and supplementary tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates effectively, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain an organized workflow.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting value for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
• Participate in Thought Leadership as we enhance our reputation- and yours.
