Paralegal

We are hiring an experienced Paralegal to support the Legal team by drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, managing CLM workflows, ensuring compliance, and partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Draft and review NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements Manage contracts through a CLM system Support data privacy, compliance, and legal operations Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel Maintain legal documentation and case files Required Skills Paralegal degree/certificate or related education Experience with commercial contracts and CLM tools Knowledge of technology transactions and data privacy Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Axiom Global Technologies
