Maintenance Mechanic

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Houston, TX. We are hiring a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician.

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: $30-40/hr

Maintenance Mechanic Summary:

Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
Assisting with electrical panels, controls, wiring and motors
Supporting machine assembly and maintenance activities
Work with hydraulic systems
Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment

Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical problems on manufacturing equipment
Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance
Maintain hydraulic systems and related equipment
Support new equipment and facility expansion projects as needed

Requirements:

Experience with industrial maintenance, manufacturing equipment or repair preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills highly preferred
Knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred
Experience with electrical panels, controls, motors, and motor systems preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving abilities
