Your day will include:Customer Communication – Answer phones, schedule appointments, and greet walk-in customersService Management – Check in vehicles, review repair orders, and provide status updates throughout the daySales & Estimates – Prepare and present quotes to customersPayment Processing – Handle checkout, process payments (cash, check, credit card), and manage payment arrangementsFollow-Up – Make customer retention calls and ensure outstanding serviceAdministrative Support – Use shop management software, order parts, process warranty claims, and maintain organized recordsWhat We're Looking For:Required:Previous automotive service advisor experienceValid driver's license and clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong computer skills and ability to learn shop management software (Tek Metric experience a plus)Excellent communication skills – both phone and in-personAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work a flexible 40-hour week (Monday-Thursday)Cash handling experiencePreferred:ASE certificationsPersonal Qualities We Value:Enthusiastic, friendly attitudeGenuine desire to help peopleAbility to handle high-stress situations professionallyTeam player who can also work independentlyProblem-solver with strong decision-making skillsReady to Join Our Team?
