**Job Title: Caregiver**

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to our clients. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence and dignity. 

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations.
- Help residents with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.
- Uphold residents' privacy and confidentiality at all times.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
