United Against Human Trafficking

United Against Human Trafficking is seeking a Case Worker to support individuals and families toward self-sufficiency through comprehensive case management, resource coordination, and personalized support. The role requests assessment of client needs, creation of individualized service plans, and ongoing follow-up to monitor progress toward educational, employment, financial, and personal stability goals.
