We're looking for an energetic, service driven Front End Guest Service Manager to lead our front end team and deliver a best in class customer experience from the moment guests walk through our doors until they leave. Position Overview The Front End Guest Service Manager is responsible for leading all front-end operations, including cashiers, customer service, and guest experience. This leader sets the tone for hospitality, ensures smooth daily operations, coaches team members, and creates an environment where every guest feels welcomed and valued. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and leads by example. What You'll Do Lead and develop the front end team, including cashiers and guest service associates. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through genuine hospitality and proactive service. Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly checkout experiences. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences. Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence. Monitor labor scheduling, productivity, and front end performance. Maintain proper cash handling procedures and ensure register accuracy. Coordinate daily staffing and breaks to ensure optimal coverage. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the front end area. Work closely with department managers to ensure seamless store operations. Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development. Promote company standards, policies, and food safety practices. What We're Looking For 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, hospitality, or customer service. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high performing teams. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment. Experience handling customer escalations with professionalism. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
