Construction Skilled Laborers With a Class A CDLWe are hiring Construction Skilled Laborers with a Class A CDL to support underground utility construction projects in the Tempe / Phoenix area. This role involves physical labor, operating small construction equipment, driving company trucks, and assisting with underground utility installation.Responsibilities:Perform manual labor for underground utility construction projectsAssist with trenching, digging, and conduit installationLoad and unload materials and equipmentOperate small construction equipment as neededDrive company trucks to and from job sitesMaintain clean and safe job sitesFollow direction from the Foreman and crew leadsRequirements:Valid Class A CDLCurrent DOT Medical CardOSHA 10 CertificationClean driving recordAbility to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to work as part of a construction crewPreferred:Experience in underground or utility constructionBilingual English/SpanishBenefits:401(k) with company matchHealth, vision, and life insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementWork Location: Phoenix / Tempe, AZ Job Type: Full-Time
