They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day duties may include anything from food prep and hand-breading chicken to inventory maintenance or cleaning tasks. Whatever the duties of the day are, we place a high level of focus on food safety and food quality as it guides almost everything that we do in the back of house. Additionally, we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers.
