Job Summary
Pediatric Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Pediatric Specialty Unit. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for pediatric patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring that each patient's physical, psychological, social, and developmental needs are met.

• Shift Time: Days
• Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, experience in an acute care hospital setting, or related clinical setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree and professional certification are preferred.
• Additional Information: Position assesses patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs. Formulates and revises care plans collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, provides direct patient care, delegation, supervision, and documentation. Promotes growth and education of staff, patients, and families. Interacts with all levels of staff and external contacts to ensure quality patient outcomes, following established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Perform all functions within professional standards and regulatory requirements.
