Location: Tomah, WI Available Shifts 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM Base Pay: $12.50/hour + Production Incentives Earning Potential: Top performers earn an additional $300-$600 per week through incentive pay. What You'll Do
- Repair and rebuild damaged wooden pallets
- Replace broken pallet boards using hand and power tools
- Operate pneumatic nail guns and grinders safely and efficiently
- Inspect pallets to ensure quality and durability standards are met
- Maintain production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Keep work areas organized and clean
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to frequently lift 50-70 pounds
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attendance and dependable work history
- Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or pallet repair experience is helpful but not required
- Self-motivated individuals who enjoy physical, hands-on work
