Crane Operator

Job Description Job Description A&H Tree Service is one of Northern New Jerseys leading tree care companies, specializing in large, technical tree removals using cranes, spider lifts, and modern equipment. We proudly own and operate ACH Crane Service, one of the regions fastest-growing crane rental companies, allowing our team to perform a wide variety of commercial lifting and tree crane operations. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Crane Operator who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team.
This position primarily operates hydraulic truck cranes for tree removals and material handling. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers and Spanish-speaking crews.
Responsibilities
Operate hydraulic truck cranes safely and efficiently.
Perform daily inspections and routine equipment checks.
Set up cranes, outriggers, and lifting operations safely.
Work closely with climbers, ground crews, and customers.
Follow OSHA, ANSI, and company safety standards.
Complete inspection reports and basic job documentation.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
NCCCO certification or equivalent crane operator certification
CDL Class A or B preferred
Experience operating hydraulic truck cranes
Clean driving record
Strong safety record and work ethic
Tree industry experience is a plus but not required
