Registered Nurse Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer bedside patient care in accordance with physician orders and medical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments and treatments accurately using electronic health record systems.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress, respond to clinical changes, and report findings promptly.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with facility and healthcare industry standards, including drug screening guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Maintain timely completion of lab work and other required documentation within specified deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current license in nursing and submit verification prior to onboarding.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar medical surgical or tele unit.
  
  
• 
  Travel experience preferred, with prior experience working in fast-paced environments.
  
  
• 
  Be available for night shifts (4x12-hour schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
  
  
• 
  Complete a mandatory drug screen upon arrival, with strict adherence to policies regarding CBD and marijuana use.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
