Responsibilities include greeting patients, completing registration and check-in, verifying demographic and required documentation, updating information in the electronic medical record system, and communicating clearly with patients regarding the registration process. The representative provides customer service while overseeing routine administrative workflows and ensuring records are accurate, complete, and handled confidentially. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple patient interactions in a fast-paced clinic environment. The position works closely with clinical and administrative staff to support efficient patient flow and resolve missing or inconsistent registration information.
