Lead Maintenance Saxony at Chase Oaks Apartments (470 Units) – Plano, TX 300 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75023 Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations at Saxony at Chase Oaks, a 470‑unit apartment community in Plano. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and ensures the community is maintained to the highest standards while supporting a strong team environment.
