Medical Social Worker: Acute Care & Crisis Support

Our Lady of the Angels Hospital, part of FMOL Health in Louisiana, seeks a Social Worker to provide medical social work in acute care and Emergency Services. You will perform psychosocial assessments, assist with discharge planning, and connect patients with community resources.
