Social Media ManagerMyFundedFutures is looking for a Social Media Manager who understands both social content and the trading community. This person will own the day-to-day management and growth of our organic social channels, including X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Discord. They will develop platform-specific content, engage directly with traders, identify timely opportunities, and help ensure MyFundedFutures consistently shows up with a voice that feels credible, relevant, and native to the community.The ideal candidate already understands prop trading or the broader futures/trading space - including its terminology, personalities, trends, and culture - and has experience managing social media and creating content for a significant brand or established individual creator.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day management of MFFU organic social channels.Develop and maintain a proactive social content calendar aligned with company priorities, campaigns, product updates, and community conversations.Create platform-specific content, including social copy, graphics briefs, short-form video concepts, community posts, and real-time responses.Actively monitor and engage with comments, messages, mentions, trends, and relevant trading conversations.Translate company and product updates into clear, accurate, audience-friendly social content.Partner with internal teams to support launches and campaigns.Identify opportunities to feature traders, creators, community stories, educational content, and user-generated content.Track channel growth, engagement, reach, and content performance, using results to continuously improve the strategy.Maintain strong quality control across all posts, including accuracy, links, promotional details, brand voice, and visual presentation.Stay current on platform changes, social trends, and conversations within the prop trading and futures communities.Qualifications3+ years of social media management and content creation experience for a recognized brand, high-growth company, or established individual creator.Direct familiarity with prop trading, futures trading, or the broader retail trading community.Strong understanding of trading terminology, trader culture, and the topics that resonate with this audience.Demonstrated experience growing and engaging an active social following across multiple platforms.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt voice and content by channel.Experience developing original content ideas and turning them into polished, platform-ready execution.Working knowledge of native social analytics and social media management tools.Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately communicate product, promotional, and time-sensitive information.Comfortable working quickly, managing competing priorities, and responding thoughtfully in real time.What Success Looks LikeMyFundedFutures maintains a consistent, credible, and recognizable presence across its social channels.Content feels original, platform-appropriate, and genuinely connected to the trading community.Social planning becomes more proactive, with fewer last-minute gaps and stronger coordination across campaigns.Engagement and audience growth improve through better content, stronger community interaction, and data-informed decisions.Every post meets a high standard for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.EEO StatementEqual Employment Opportunity My Funded Futures is an equal opportunity employer.
