Responsibilities Assist bartenders in keeping the bar clean and organized by bussing bar areas, keeping glasses and other bar equipment clean, products well-stocked and maintaining storage areas. Prepare necessary garnishes, syrups, juices, and/or batches according to Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel standards Work with fellow employees and management in a friendly and communicative manner to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant Qualifications Prior experience as a busser in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but not required Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions and always willing to give and ask for help Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Possess the physical and mental stamina to work for extended periods of time Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware up to 50 lbs Pay Pay: Minimum + tips Benefits Health Insurance (30+hrs/wkly) Holiday Pay We Are Human Kind is an equal opportunity employer.
