This role blends investment judgment, client leadership, portfolio oversight, and leadership with meaningful influence on strategy, transactions, and long-term portfolio construction.Key Responsibilities include: shaping residential portfolio strategy, developing new investment vehicles, negotiating with operating partners, serving as senior client-facing advisor to institutional investors, overseeing large complex institutional residential real estate portfolios (multi-family and manufactured housing), leading transaction structuring and pricing, and mentoring investment professionals.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; 15+ years commercial real estate experience with deep residential portfolio management expertise in an institutional environment; proven success with pension fund clients.
