Voyageur Bus, operating under Minnesota Coaches, is a school transportation company proudly serving the Duluth community since 1971. We are currently hiring School Bus Route Drivers to support daily routes, field trips, athletic events, and special transportation needs. Whether you already have your CDL or are starting fresh, we will support your success from day one!

What You'll Do

Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes, field trips, and charter events. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Assist passengers during boarding and unloading, including students and individuals with special needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and passengers. Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.

Schedule & Flexibility

Part-time, flexible scheduling (25-30 hours a week). Opportunities for daytime, evening, and weekend work. Ideal for retirees, stay-at-home parents, and college students.

Pay & Benefits

What You'll Need

Minimum age: 18. Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background checks, drug test, and DOT physical. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset. No experience required we train the right people.
