Sr Territory Sales Manager - Hospitality

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location hospitality customers.
- Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
- Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
- Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
- Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.
- Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met.
- Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $70,000-$99,500
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales is required.
