Underground Foreman Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager, Operations Manager, Owner Job Description Title: Underground Foreman Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager, Operations Manager, Owner Position: Exempt Non-Exempt The Underground Foreman oversees completion of daily jobs as assigned from warehouse equipment to work performed. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Oversee safety on job sites making sure all protocol for safety is followed. Ensure timely completion of jobs assigned with focus on quality of work. Maintain organization of yard/warehouse Handle all customer complaints with satisfactory results. Assist in training new laborers. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements High school diploma or its equivalent Combination of technical training and/or experience 1-2 years experience running a drill and/or plow 1-2 years working in construction Well experienced on bore rigs and missiles (This is not a complete listing of all duties and responsibilities.
