Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Number of Beds – 3 cath labs Number of Staff – 10-11 staff per day in cath lab Type of staff: Day Shift – Mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists Night Shift – 0 Patient Ratios – 3 staff per room Type of equipment – GE X-ray/MacLab EMR – Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have Experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab Preferred or nice to have Experience working in a high-volume lab handling complex cases List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations Impella, balloon-pump Peripheral cases Complex PCIs Occasional devices Best personality Fit: Easy-going, kind, friendly Able to work in a fast-paced, busy lab Floating Area(s): None Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire – Light blue (hospital will provide) Unit Guidelines/Policies Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
