Sales & Installation Coordinator

Salary: $55,000$65,000 per year, based on experience
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Sales & Installation Coordinator to serve as the connection between our Sales and Installation teams. In this role, you'll help ensure every customer experiences a seamless transition from the initial sales inquiry through installation readiness. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, coordinating multiple projects, and keeping processes organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Answer and qualify incoming sales calls and electronic inquiries.
- Assign and dispatch leads to Comfort Consultants following established processes.
- Assist the Sales Manager with lead management and pipeline coordination.
- Coordinate financing close-out documentation with customers.
- Installation Project Coordination
- Open sold jobs and enter them into ServiceTitan.
- Create and maintain complete job packets.
- Verify job documentation before scheduling.
- Process permits and inspection requests.
- Coordinate with the Install Manager to ensure projects are ready for scheduling.
- Assist with warranty requests, including opening warranty jobs and scheduling warranty technicians.
- Customer Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact from the time a job is sold through installation completion.
- Provide customers with scheduling updates.
- Assist customers with paperwork and financing documentation.
- Coordinate communication between customers, Sales, Installation, and the office to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Operational Support
- Maintain accurate project records.
- Monitor project progress.
- Assist with weekly sales and installation reporting, including sales, lead closing, lead source, referral, and warranty reports.
- Participate in Sales and Production meetings.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate workflow concerns to department leadership.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 25 years of experience in project management, customer service, call taking, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Geographic knowledge of the service area preferred.
- Industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Some overtime may be required
