Job Summary:
A Nuclear Medicine Technologist position is available in Beaumont, Texas. The role involves performing a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures within a healthcare organization. The technologist will support other imaging staff as needed, ensure patient safety, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts and at different campuses is required to facilitate smooth patient flow.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (N) by ARRT or NMTCB, BLS certification (AHA), State licensure in Texas, graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience in a clinical nuclear medicine setting, basic computer skills
• Preferred Qualifications: No additional preferred qualifications specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The role involves heavy case loads, requiring the technologist to work until every case is completed. On-call and weekend duties are not required. The technologist will demonstrate adherence to radiation safety protocols, participate in quality assurance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure accurate documentation and image storage in PACS. The position supports ongoing education and safety initiatives and promotes professional growth within the healthcare organization.
