Sales and Marketing Administrator

NO REMOTE WORK/ This is a daily ON-SITE position
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales/Marketing Admin to lead our sales efforts in the medical device industry, focusing on Class I devices, dermatoscopes, and loupes and Cosmetics for dermatologist.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage inbound sales/customers and independent sales representatives with questions on products, placing orders, and shipping status
- In house sales for incoming calls and follow up calls from trade shows
- Order processing for online platforms
- Trade Show participation may be required with travel up to 10%
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, Live Chat, Google Voice, and emails that ensure ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Brainstorm sales and marketing strategies to boost up sales and traffic to company website
- Perform clerical and administrative duties in an office setting
- Respond to Amazon, Walmart, and Website Inquiries in conjunction with marketing team
- Social Media Revamp through posting on a regular basis on Instagram and Facebook or blog creation per weekly marketing agenda.
- Other sales/marketing duties & responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Sales Associate Qualification and Skills
- Positive Vibe Creator and problem solving skill
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales associate (admin)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fast learning skills about new products
- Excellent teamwork skills in conjunction with sales & marketing manager and supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
