Alerus Financial is seeking a Cash Balance Actuary to assist the sales team in designing and communicating ERISA aspects of cash balance, defined benefit, and defined contribution plans. You will produce projections for new business proposals and explain funding strategies, plan limits, and regulatory requirements. You will also manage client relationships, oversee data reviews, testing, valuations, and required filings while providing internal training to colleagues in sales and administration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
