You'll run residential HVAC service calls scheduled by dispatch diagnosing accurately, presenting clear repair and replacement options, and delivering a 5-star experience on every visit.

A driven, reliable, goal-oriented technician comfortable earning through performance

Strong communication and customer service skills

A professional, team-player mindset

EPA Universal Certification (required)

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, with at least 5 years of driving history

Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS

Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
