Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy unit for night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in providing critical care and respiratory services across a diverse patient demographic, from neonates to adults.

Responsibilities:

• Ventilator set-up and management for neonates through adults
• Administering high flow oxygen in the NICU
• Providing nebulizer treatments
• Administering nitric oxide and Flolan therapy
• Setting up and managing BiPAP and bubble CPAP
• Conducting EKGs

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current CRT or RRT certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in ER, CCU, and NICU settings with Level 2 EKG skills
