The Big Task

Support Lawrence Plumbing, Heating and Cooling LLC’s growth by coordinating and managing marketing projects across multi-omni channels, track reporting and improve ROIs, and driving consistent content across all digital channels that correspond appropriately. 

You will help us grow the business by building brand awareness, building reputation, and generating customer calls.



 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly social media content across Google Business Profile (GBP),Social Media Platforms, Prints, Partner lead Services, and customer reviews
• Capture and edit short form video content (3–5 clips weekly).
• Maintain a shared change log with our digital marketing team for continuous website updates and offers.
• Produce a weekly marketing report (leads, booked jobs, ROI by channel) to provide direct report to make any budget adjustments necessary
• Monitor Google LSAs and PPC daily for spend caps, disputes, and performance.
• Assist CSRs with review request cadence and GBP post scheduling.
• Support coordination of offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, including coordination of outbound call campaigns. 
• Coordinating direct mailings by following various mailing campaigns and updating appropriately using targeted zip code segments for higher ROI
• Coordinating email campaigns by coordinating and updating consistently and appropriately
• Monitor and review customer reviews and ratings, responding quickly with SEO optimized wording to ensure strong, reputable online reputation
• Guerilla Marketing and Community Outreach Marketing efforts

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of the home services industry, seasonal changes, trends, and staying competitive 
• Ability to familiarize with our current client base with a focus on demographics, segments, trends, and behaviors
• Familiarity with CRMs ( Service Titan) to pull customer information, reporting, locations
• Familiarity with marketing platforms, outbound campaigns and email campaigns
• Familiarity with project management at basic level to create marketing planners
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong ability to adapt with a positive, and continuous improvement mindset. 
• Familiarity with mobile video capture/editing and social media scheduling.
• Basic Ads Manager knowledge (Meta + Google).
• Experience with analytics tools and UTM tagging preferred.
• Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without missing deadlines or failing to make swift reported changes with our Digital Management Team.
