Data Center Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking a Data Center Senior Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility, in any of our Deweberry offices. Our growing, fast-paced site/civil engineering practice seeks a client focused, highly motivated, organized engineer. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading technical teams in all aspects of site/civil project design with initial focus on land development and site/civil projects within our National Programs Market Sector. The types of projects anticipated are with private sector and commercial accounts with a focus on data centers. Knowledge of industry standards and proven ability regarding site development drawing production required. Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses are dependent upon company performance.In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate and lead design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control designPreparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.Mentor and train junior/mid-level staff.Required Skills & Required ExperienceBS degree in Civil Engineering or related field. + years' progressive design experience directly related to site/civil development projects.8+ years of experiencePE license requiredExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365 Apps is required.Proven track record of meeting project and client deadlines.Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and review agency staff.Composes technical reports, memorandums and other written communication such as email.Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously on several projects at once.Don't meet every single requirement? Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
