· Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois. · Must obtain ACLS within 3 months of hire and PALS within 6 months of hire. · TNCC and ECRN must be obtained within one year of hire. NATURE OF WORK: Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department and Urgent Care Clinic; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs of patients and factors influencing patient flow. Communicates with physicians regarding changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
