If you're looking for steady pay, consistent freight, and a company that backs you up, Hirschbach gives you the equipment, support, and recognition to keep moving forward.

Dedicated Flatbed Driver Overview

Steady pay on every mile. Earn 60 CPM on all dispatched miles, with per diem built in: 20CPM of that rate is non-taxable, averaging about $80 per day.*
Stop pay that adds up. Earn $25 for the first stop, $50 for the second, and $75 for each stop after, with pickup and delivery included in load pay.*
A monthly bonus for running safe. Qualify for the Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive Bonus by running four clean weeks with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures.*
Dedicated freight you can count on. Run primarily hub-to-hub on the dedicated PODS account, hauling PODS containers on flatbed trailers between locations with pre-planned dispatch.

Benefits & Perks

Newer trucks built for comfort. Drive newer model equipment with a large-capacity refrigerator, 24" SmartTV, and heated & cooled seats.
Bring your co-pilot. A pet & passenger policy lets you share the road with the company you want.
Tools that save you time. E-logs, Best Pass & PrePass, direct deposit, and the Hirschbach App, where you can scan paperwork, check payroll, and get messages right from your phone.
Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield, plus critical illness options and a free $10K life insurance policy.
Plan for the future. A 401(k) with company match, plus vacation pay after one year.

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.
