What you’ll be doing:
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
- Check in drivers and coordinate arrivals and departures efficiently
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize excel and Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily
- Accurately input, track, and verify data
- Work independently while taking directions and following specific instructions
Who we’re looking for:
- Previous clerical experience in a warehouse or office setting
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable working with computers; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers, staff, and customers
