Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable, friendly individuals to join our seasonal team. This position focuses on customer service and retail support while helping guests enjoy their farm market and u-pick experience. Great for teachers, college students, or anyone wanting seasonal work.
Responsibilities:
- Operate checkout and handle customer transactions accurately
- Welcome customers and answer basic questions
- Direct guests to fruit picking locations
- Occasionally assist with harvesting fruit
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
Experience:
No agriculture experience required.
Customer service experience not required but preferred.
