Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or a related field 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience. 2+ years of experience with industrial job-costing ERP systems. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations. Experience with month-end/year-end closing, inventory, WIP, fixed assets, and job-cost accounting. Advanced/expert-level Microsoft Excel skills required, including: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP INDEX/MATCH Pivot Tables Power Query Advanced formulas and data analysis Financial modeling Custom financial and operational reporting Large dataset analysis Experience with ERP system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and workflow improvements. Strong attention to detail and financial/analytical skills. Must be comfortable working in an office located within an active industrial plant and occasionally entering the production/shop floor. Must follow all facility and shop-floor safety procedures. Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Duration: Temp to Perm
