Maintenance Tech III

Job Type :Full-Time Pay Rate: $25.00–$28.20 per hour Description St. Leonard, a faith-based senior living community, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs independently Replace appliances and assist with snow and ice removal Support fire alarm and nurse call system testing Follow safety standards and participate in required training Join a team where your experience is valued, your work has purpose, and your commitment to service helps enrich the lives of those we serve. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED (technical training preferred) 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial facilities preferred Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors #J-18808-Ljbffr CHI Living Communities
