In-Office | Worland, WY, United States Required: WY DFS Clearance, WY License, BLS. 13wks, 40hrs, Day shift. Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in EHR systems. Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations and treatment plans. Implement prescribed exercise programs and therapeutic activities. Meet individual performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based goals. Adhere to regulatory and facility policies, including documentation standards. Educate patients and families on home exercise strategies and safety. Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust plans based on measurable results. Participate in professional development activities to advance clinical skills. Contribute to a high-visibility work culture by proactively sharing progress and results. Assist in scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups. Maintain clinical area cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness. Experience/Qualifications Recent PTA licensure or equivalent credential in the state of practice. Proficiency in documenting progress in EHRs with accurate outcomes tracking. Ability to assist therapists with patient assessments and treatment plan design. Strong adherence to regulatory policies, documentation standards, and patient privacy. Experience implementing prescribed exercise programs and therapeutic activities. Excellent patient and family education skills for home exercise programs and safety. Ability to collaborate with clinical teams and adjust plans based on measurable results. Self-motivated with a growth mindset, pursuing ongoing professional development. Proactive in communicating progress to maintain high visibility and accountability.
