Experienced Service Advisor / Writer

We're looking for an experienced service advisor / writer to join their team! This position is available for brands including Subaru, Mazda, and Hyundai.

Standards and responsibilities include:

• Maintain service-branded CSI
• Communicate with customer to determine the nature of their mechanical problem(s)
• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications
• If additional work is needed, clearly explain the exact repair instructions, making a special note of the main reason(s) the customer brought the vehicle in
• Provide estimates for labor and parts
• Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day. Contact customer by telephone
• Analyze quality control report to ensure that work is completed as requested to reduce comebacks
• Maintain follow-up program on additional items found in need of repair
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

Qualifications include:

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience
• Some mechanical knowledge
• Consistent and stable work history
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• All potential employees must pass per-employment testing, including a background check and drug screen

Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays
