What You'll Do:
As an X-ray Technician, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment. Your role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining safety and precision.
Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program (JRCERT accredited preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
- Current ARRT registration (R.T.(R)) or registry-eligible (within 6 months)
- BLS healthcare provider certification
- Proficiency in PACS, HIS/RIS, and computer systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Capable of maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
- Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Additional certifications or specialty training in radiology or related fields
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or higher from an accredited institution
- Prior clinical experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in radiology
- Commitment to working scheduled shifts including Fridays, Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, Thursdays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
- Willingness to travel when applicable, with travel reimbursements provided
- Registration or eligibility with ARRT and Massachusetts licensure required
