Multiple positions are available on both part-time (14-21 hours/week) and full-time (35 hours/week) bases, with flexibility to combine part-time assignments, offering options that fit your schedule and aspirations.

You’ll work on-site at 1-2 schools, collaborating within welcoming teams or providing essential services as the lead SLP. Settings range from elementary to K-8 schools, supporting diverse caseloads, including resource-based therapy and small group management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license (required)
• School-based SLP experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Able to complete district-specific credentialing including fingerprinting and on-site badge pickup

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in PreK-8th grade
• Work closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
