Must have experience with utility and earthwork projects. Construction Project Manager Manage civil construction projects from bid to completion. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements 5+ years construction management experience Heavy civil experience required Site Support and Estimating Support construction crews on civil job sites. Duties include trench work, pipe installation support, grading assistance, and general site maintenance. Prepare cost estimates for civil construction projects including excavation, utilities, and site work. Review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop competitive bids. Requirements 3+ years estimating experience Understanding of Oregon construction market Field Leadership Lead field crews on heavy civil construction projects. Manage daily operations, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality standards are met on every job.
