Lumek Visuals is seeking a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee to join our Cincinnati team.

This position is designed for individuals interested in developing a strong foundation in business operations, team leadership, client relations, and organizational management. You will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while gaining hands-on exposure to different areas of the business.

Throughout the training process, you will develop the skills necessary to take on greater responsibilities and prepare for future management opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training across key areas of business operations
• Support daily team activities and organizational objectives
• Assist with client communication and relationship management
• Learn and apply company procedures, standards, and business strategies
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and performance
• Help coordinate projects, assignments, and operational priorities
• Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Monitor progress toward individual and team goals
• Assist management with planning and problem-solving
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility as training progresses
