This is a high-impact leadership role for a Medicare home health professional with strong OASIS, case management, compliance, and team support experience. This primarily in‑office position includes clinical oversight, admissions coordination, staff mentorship, quality assurance, and field support. The ideal candidate is customer service‑driven, highly organized, tech‑savvy, and confident managing fast‑paced home health operations while ensuring compliance with Medicare and Florida home health regulations.
