Position Overview We’re searching for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our Onboarding & Success Services team in a remote role. What You’ll Do Own the Implementation Process: Manage complex solution implementation projects from planning through execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope. Lead Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, set clear expectations, and communicate effectively. Deliver with Precision: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail—because the little things matter to our clients and make the difference between good and great. Drive Technical Excellence: Assist clients with product-related configuration decisions, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's products. Support Data Migrations: Support data migrations for clients in our mergers & acquisitions program, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration during high-impact transition. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability. Champion Quality & Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement, mentor team members, and lead initiatives that elevate customer experience and departmental performance. We’re Excited to Learn More About You Your experience may include: 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience (insurance industry experience is a plus). Proven ability to manage complex projects involving data migration and system integrations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. You may have other skills or credentials, including: Advanced troubleshooting for product installation and configuration. Proficiency with MS Office and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Experience with data conversions and system integrations. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize independently, manage stress, and maintain composure under pressure.
