Location: Kennesaw, GA Position Title: Direct Appointment Setter / Canvasser Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (Afternoon & Evening Hours) Compensation: Hourly Base + Tiered Performance Bonus Expected Earnings: $65,000 $105,000+ annually (based on performance)

Base Hourly Wage: $16-$19/hr Entry-Level: $16/hr Experienced Appointment Setters: $18-$19/hr Performance Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for qualified appointments that complete an inspection consultation: $30 per completed appointment $40 per completed appointment at higher performance levels $50 per completed appointment at top performance levels

Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities Set qualified appointments for the sales teams Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team
