What You’ll Do Oversee multiple commercial and mechanical construction projects from start to finish Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Drive client satisfaction and maintain strong working relationships Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, and profitability Lead and support Project Managers, project teams, and field staff Act as the key liaison between job sites, office teams, and field operations leadership Monitor schedules, manpower, resources, and overall project performance Identify risks, problem-solve quickly, and keep projects moving forward Balance multiple priorities while somehow answering emails, putting out fires, and still making it to meetings on time.
